MAGIC/POWERS: Tenya is effectively a speedster. He has a pair of engines in his calves which, at base speed, allow him to run nearly as fast as a racing greyhound. With certain modifications, speed boosting techniques, and the like, he can go much faster than that.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Besides the obvious engines in his calves, Tenya Iida is a very fit young man. He has recently sustained injuries so serious that he has a degree of permanent damage in one of his arms which can be corrected with surgery... but, for a variety of factors, he has elected not to go forward at this point in time.
